Your service partners are not cooperating with people buying tickets online... because they told me twice I need to wait for the bus I bought the ticket for. When I would have bought the ticket at their booth, they could have placed me on the next available seat on the next departing bus. Resulting me having delays for 2 and once for 4 hours waiting for the bus with the numberplate on my ticket instead of getting a bus departing near my booked departure time Happen in Mexico.
